Daniel Franchini

Daniel Franchini, MJur, DPhil (Oxon) is a lecturer in international law and deputy director of the Sheffield Centre for International and European Law at the University of Sheffield. His research focuses on the settlement of international disputes and the use of sanctions, particularly those affecting the jurisdiction and immunities of states.
